1. Purpose of Odyssey

Odyssey ("the App") is developed by Sunbreeze Labs ("we", "us", or "our") to help you organize, log, review, and track movies and TV shows you watch or plan to watch.

2. No Video Streaming or Content Hosting

• Odyssey is not a video streaming app or download service.
• The App does not host, stream, or distribute video files or media streams.
• All movie titles, posters, artwork, and descriptions are displayed solely to help you identify and organize your personal watchlist.

3. Keeping Backups of Your Library

• Because Odyssey keeps your data directly on your phone, you are in full control of your library.
• You can use the built-in Google Drive backup or export a backup file anytime to make sure your watchlist is safe when you switch to a new phone.
• Because we do not store your data on company servers, we cannot recover your data if you delete the app without an existing backup.

4. Third-Party Movie & Streaming Guides

Odyssey connects to third-party movie guides to display posters, overviews, and where to stream:

• TMDB: Movie and TV information, cast lists, and posters are provided by TMDB. Odyssey is an independent app and is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
• JustWatch: Streaming availability and provider listings are provided by JustWatch.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Odyssey is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Sunbreeze Labs is not responsible for any data loss that may happen if your device is damaged, reset, or unbacked-up.

6. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Any updates will be posted directly to this page. Continuing to use Odyssey means you accept the updated terms.
